With Live-A-Live now finished and posted, I’m working on my next review. I’ve got the gameplay footage recorded; it took some doing to get the kind of take I wanted. Why? Because the game I picked is Revenge of Shinobi. That Genesis classic is old school hard, and I was out of practice. Nonetheless, I prevailed. ^_^

I’m working on the actual review now. Since this game is very different from Live-A-Live (it’s an action game, not an RPG… what little plot there is is mostly irrelevant and not nearly as serious… the difficulty is high enough to lead to controller-throwing…), the review style will be different, too. In other words, more goofing around and a much lighter tone. I still want to make it more about the game than about me, but there are certain things that just beg to be messed with.

I should have it ready by early next week at the latest and Friday evening at the soonest. Then, it’s on to my next project, which should be quite fun….
